If you wish to pay your whole tenancy in two chunks, your first instalment will be required prior to your tenancy commencement date and the second in half way through your tenancy.

If you wish to pay your whole tenancy in one chunk, this will be required prior to your tenancy commencement date and we can offer a 3% discount for choosing this method of payment!

Pay Monthly with a Guarantor
If you are a UK Resident and can provide a UK Guarantor (someone who lives and works in the UK) then you can pay your tenancy rent in monthly instalments, over ten months.
Your guarantor will be required to co-sign the tenancy agreement and therefore will be liable for payment of rent should you fail to make payments.
